Retro-Motoring is my small business, built around a lifelong interest in old cars and the people who keep them on the road.

I’m Darren, a classic-car owner, photographer and the person behind the designs you’ll find here. My interests range from familiar British family cars to German engineering and Japanese oddities. A car doesn’t have to be expensive or particularly rare to deserve a bit of attention.

The keyrings take their inspiration from the cars themselves and the world around them: period brochures, workshop labels, badges, typography and those small details that owners recognise.

I create the artwork and assemble each keyring here in the UK. Whether it’s for the car you drive now, one you wish you’d kept or the project still waiting in the garage, the aim is the same: something distinctive that feels right on its keys.
