If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch. I’d like the chance to put it right.

Changed your mind?

For standard designs, you can cancel your order before dispatch or within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Once you’ve told me you’re returning it, please send it back within a further 14 days.

You can inspect the keyring as you would in a shop. Please pack it securely for its return. A deduction may be made if handling beyond what’s needed to inspect it has reduced its value.

Return postage is your responsibility when you change your mind. Please keep proof of posting.

I’ll refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that you’ve sent it, whichever comes first. Any standard outward delivery charge will also be refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact me with your order details and a description of the problem. A photograph can help. I’ll arrange the appropriate refund or replacement and cover reasonable return postage where a return is needed.

Personalised designs

Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described. Standard designs assembled after you order can still be returned.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
