Shipping policy

UK postage is included in the price of every keyring.

I assemble and pack orders myself, normally dispatching within 1–3 working days. My usual posting days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with extra trips when things are busy.

Orders travel by Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow around three working days for delivery after dispatch, although this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. The dispatch time and delivery time are separate.

Each keyring is carefully wrapped and sent in an envelope or protective card box, depending on the size of the order.

Buying for a particular date?

Please get in touch before ordering if you need something for a birthday or another occasion. I’ll give you an honest answer about whether the timing is realistic.

If your order hasn’t arrived

Contact me with your order number and I’ll help sort it out. If something arrives damaged, please let me know and include a photograph if possible.

This shop currently delivers to UK addresses only. Overseas delivery may be added later.
