These terms apply to purchases from the Retro-Motoring online shop. The shop currently accepts orders for delivery to UK addresses only.

Products

Product pages describe each keyring, including its materials, dimensions and design. Please read the description before ordering. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, but this does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Standard UK delivery is included in the price. Retro-Motoring is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Ordering

Please check your order and delivery details before submitting them. Your order confirmation records the items ordered and payment details. If I cannot fulfil your order, I will contact you promptly and refund any payment for the affected items. If a pricing or description error is discovered, I will contact you before proceeding; you can choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel for a refund.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days by Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow approximately three working days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

If you need an order for a particular date, please contact me before ordering. If delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, contact me with your order number so I can put it right. I remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate to receive them, subject to your statutory rights.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

For standard designs, you may cancel before dispatch or within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying me, you have a further 14 days to return them. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. I cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods where a return is needed.

Clearly personalised goods or goods made to your individual specifications are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Standard designs assembled after ordering are not excluded. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Website content

Original Retro-Motoring artwork, photographs and website text may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. You may save or print these terms and your order information for your own records.

How personal information is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Updates to these terms apply to future orders; orders already placed remain subject to the terms in force when they were placed.
